Both people have to be twenty-one or over and both have to have agreed to the booking beforehand, which is checked at the door rather than assumed from a message, and a booking somebody in the room has not agreed to is not one the house will take.

Couples treatments arrived through resort spas, where the appeal was a shared room rather than anything about the work itself, and the format was built around a pair of tables and a fixed schedule. The outcall version keeps the simultaneity and drops the resort, the booking desk and the walk back through a public corridor afterwards. In a hotel room that turns out to be a larger part of the appeal than it sounds.
How it is worked
With one therapist it is a question of sequencing: she alternates in stretches rather than splitting the hour down the middle, so the pace stays continuous across the whole booking. With two it is a question of timing, agreed between them before they start and held loosely rather than mirrored. Both arrangements use warm oil and her own towels, and both work on a standard double bed, though two therapists want floor on either side of it.

Put it in the opening message that there are two of you, and say which of the two arrangements you mean, because the rest of the booking follows from that one line. With one therapist she alternates rather than divides, so neither of you spends a long unbroken stretch waiting, and the two halves are balanced by feel rather than by a stopwatch. With two, they arrive together, set up on both sides of the bed or as the room allows, and hold a shared pace. Each therapist states her own limits at the start, in her own words, and each set applies to her alone regardless of what anyone else in the room wants.

Couples on a short trip whose evening ran later than intended, and anyone who would rather spend the last hours of it in the room than out looking for somewhere still open. Where two therapists are booked, it wants a room with floor on both sides of the bed. It is less suited to a room shared with anybody outside the booking, and to a situation where one of you has not actually agreed to it.

One therapist or two?
Two, when the evening is meant to be one shared thing, because both sessions finishing together is what makes it read that way. One therapist at 360 an hour is the more usual booking when one of you wants the session and the other mostly wants to be there. Both are entirely ordinary requests and neither of them needs a reason attached.
Does the room have to be large?
For two therapists it needs space on both sides of the bed. A standard double in the centre usually manages it; a small room with the bed against a wall does not. Describe the room if you are unsure and you will be told before anything is arranged.
How is agreement from both of us checked?
At the door, by her, in the room, and it is the one part of the arrangement that is never taken on trust. If it is not clear that both people want the booking to happen, she leaves before it starts and the reserved time is charged.
