Colleen

Two minutes at either end of a visit matter to Colleen more than most people expect. The greeting sets whether the hour will be easy, and an unhurried goodbye is the difference between a guest who feels looked after and one who feels moved along. She is twenty-five, a redhead, and lives a few streets from the Lindengracht, which keeps her journeys across the middle of the city short. English is the language she works in, and she uses it in ordinary words rather than in the careful code some guests arrive with. What the hour contains is hers to decide, and she says so at the start so that it is never a surprise.

Colleen decides which bookings she takes and may decline any of them; she sets the limits for what a session includes, says what they are, and may end a visit at any point, as the terms set out.
